About Yoga Instructor

As a certified yoga instructor and a proud member of the International Yoga Federation, I guide people on a journey of inner growth and self-discovery, both on and off the mat.

In collaboration with the Vipassana Club, I support retreats and classes rooted in mindfulness, silence, and deep presence, creating a space for personal transformation and embodied awareness.

Yoga, for me, is more than a practice – it’s a way of relating to life with clarity, compassion, and grounded openness. Through movement, breath, and stillness, we begin to remember our wholeness.
