What’s Included

This retreat is based on ancient meditation techniques designed to develop deep self-awareness by observing the natural rhythm of breathing and bodily sensations.

Practicing in silence creates space to disconnect from external distractions and turn inward, developing greater clarity, inner peace, and balance.

Every element of the retreat, from the practices to the food and setting, has been carefully chosen to support your journey toward peace and self-discovery.

Accommodation (3 nights)

Three nights’ accommodation in a house on the shore of Gull Lake, with a choice of private or shared rooms depending on your booking. Comfortable, quiet, and designed to support your meditative journey.

Nutritious Vegetarian Meals

Two healthy vegetarian meals a day, a nutritious breakfast and a light dinner, prepared with fresh ingredients to support peace and balance in the body. In addition, seasonal fruits and snacks are provided throughout the day.

Daily Practices

A full program of yoga, pranayama, meditation, and sessions led by instructors. Each day is structured to balance physical exercise, breathing exercises, rest, and mindful relaxation, allowing you to deeply immerse yourself in silence.

Organized Transfer (Optional)

Transportation will be provided to the retreat location from both Calgary and Edmonton, making your arrival and departure hassle-free and stress-free.
